The customer provides the contractor (contractor) with details (materials) for the manufacture of metal structures (Appendix to Notice No. 1). The production must be carried out in factory conditions, in compliance with the requirements established by the RD, according to the appendix to the Notice No. 2 (Album). The name of the assembly units is also indicated in Appendix No. 3 to the Notice. The contractor (contractor) delivers finished metal structures and their assembly at the Customer's facility (Taishet – PS 500kV), according to the requirements of the annex to Notice No. 2, no later than 10.01.2023.

Comments: Requirements for the work. The work must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the regulations (SP, SNiP, GOST, PUE 7, POTEE, etc.) in force on the territory of the Russian Federation, working documentation, according to the annexes to the Notice. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, the equipment and materials used are documented in writing and sent to the Customer for consideration. The materials, equipment, and tools used must comply with GOST, technical specifications applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, and have the necessary certificates and permits.
Upon completion of the work, the executive documentation for the product is issued, certified in accordance with the established procedure by an authorized person of the Contractor (contractor).
Requirements for the contractor (contractor) – availability of production facilities, equipment and qualified personnel.
The assembly of metal structures is carried out by welders with NAKS certificates (attached to the acts of work performed).
This request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
The agreement between the Parties is considered to be reached only after the signing of the Contract by both Parties, no other actions of the Parties are considered as reaching an agreement on all the essential terms of the Contract and /or are not considered as an offer and acceptance aimed at concluding the Contract.
LLC "BESS" has the right to choose Offers that have not the lowest price, accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, reject all Offers with or without explanation, cancel the purchase at any stage, including after choosing the Winner of the purchase. In case of providing false information, a potential supplier of goods, works, services may be suspended from participating in the Purchase.
