14. Technical Requirements
14.1. Manufacture of crane beams to produce in accordance with the project 628-10-17-KM.
14.2. Crane beams of a shop are operated at heavy mode of work of cranes.
14.3. Thrust and clamping strips shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard and GOST 23118-2012 according to the working drawings of KHD, approved in the prescribed manner.
14.4. Material of pressure and thrust bars-steel according to GOST 380-2005 of the following grades:
VST3KP2-for the design temperature minus 40 ° C and above;
Vst3gс5 or VST3SP5-for the estimated temperature below minus 40 to minus 65 ° With incl.
It is Allowed to use steel according to GOST 27772-88 of the following grades:
18KP instead of VST3CP2;
18gpa or 18SP instead of Vst3gс5 and VST3SP5.
14.5. Limit deviations of linear sizes from nominal, and also roughness of surfaces of laths should correspond to the specified on features. 2 and 3.
14.6. Limit deviations of the diameter of the holes of the pressure laths from nominal-according to GOST 25347-82.

16. Requirements to the Executor.
16.1. The Executor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work, to be a member of the Self-regulatory Organization (SRO).
16.2. The Executor in the commercial offer indicates the order of payment of works and other conditions. (The Time of manufacture and delivery of the Supplier indicates in his commercial offer. Delivery of Goods to the Buyer's warehouse is carried out by the Supplier.)
17. Terms of work performance.
17.1. The Beginning of works – May 2019g.
17.2. End of work-June 15, 2019
18. Acceptance of the Product.
Produced on the territory of the Customer with the signing of the acceptance certificate.
19. Product Warranty.
The Executor gives the Customer a guarantee on the manufactured Product not less than-12 months from the moment of commissioning.
