Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Upon delivery. The price of the goods is set per unit of production, including delivery VAT. Payment for the goods is carried out by the buyer within 10 (ten) working days from the date of delivery of the goods
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out by the Supplier. Unloading at the site will be carried out by the Customer.

Comments:
The commercial offer must be signed and stamped! Form to be filled in accordance with Appendix 2.
Delivery of the goods takes place in accordance with the agreed delivery schedule. The commercial offer must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. Manufacturer/Mediator
2. Delivery time (calendar days)
3. Warranty period/shelf life (on the shopping mall, works, services, etc.)
4. Cost with VAT (20%) per unit (must be stated in Russian rubles)
5. Payment terms (fact/prepayment - advance payment);
6. The offer must be signed by an authorized person.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE TRADING PROCEDURE:
1) Provision of additional documentation according to the list of necessary documents for participation in the tender.
2) Provision of Plan-Schedule of delivery and installation.
3) Participation in the tender means consent to work under the standard contract of LLC "Tambovnei"

AN OBLIGATORY CONDITION FOR THE WINNER OF THE TENDER:
Before the start of work to submit for approval a drawing (with nodes) of the product (canvas with a box) indicating all structural elements and their sections, to develop metal fastening units doors to building structures.
