Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment under the contract will be made by money transfer to the account Executive, specified in para. 10 of this Treaty, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of the executed works. The date of payment is the date of acceptance of the payment order for execution of the customer's Bank.
Delivery terms:term of execution of works: up to November 30, 2018 year. Products are delivered in batches on request of the customer. The delivery term is 30 days from the date of receipt of the application by the customer.
The executor undertakes to manufacture in-house using their own materials for training mats groups (hereinafter referred to as Products) in the amount of 7 pieces in accordance with the terms of reference (annex 1 of this Agreement), deliver and implement Product Assembly at the customer's site.
