Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:- 50% (Fifty percent) of the cost of the work is paid within 5 (Five) business days from the receipt of the invoice by the Customer and the signing of the Agreement
- 40% (Forty percent) of the cost of the Work is paid by the Customer within 5 (Five) business days from the date the Parties sign the Readiness Notice.
- 10% (Ten percent) of the cost of the Work is paid by the Customer within 5 (Five) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of a universal transfer document.
Delivery terms:The term of manufacture, adjustment and commissioning of switchboards (РЩ-365) for ensuring the technical metering of electricity on a dual-use pylon 25 calendar days from the date of payment of the advance.
Purchase Period 2020 - 2021
Storage conditions - 1 (One) calendar year from the date of signing the Notification of readiness on the territory of the Contractor and at its expense.
The Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its signing by the Parties and is valid until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations.

Comments:
It is allowed to submit offers in excess of the indicated maximum price.
Estimated volume - 700 units.
