Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:- 50% (Fifty percent) of the cost of the Works is paid within 5 (Five) working days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the Customer and the signing of the Agreement
- 40% (Forty percent) of the cost of the Works is paid by the Customer within 5 (Five) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Notification of readiness.
- 10% (Ten percent) of the cost of the Works is paid by the Customer within 5 (Five) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the universal transfer document.
Delivery terms:The term of manufacture, adjustment and commissioning of switchboards (РЩ-365) to ensure technical metering of electricity on a dual-purpose support is 25 calendar days from the date of advance payment.
Procurement term 2020 - 2021
Storage conditions - 1 (One) calendar year from the date of signing the Notice of Readiness on the territory of the Contractor and at his expense.
The Agreement comes into force from the moment it is signed by the Parties and is valid until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations.

Comments:
Submission of an offer exceeding the specified maximum price is allowed.
In the event of a commercial proposal (participant's application) with a price per unit that exceeds the maximum price set by the Customer, a detailed calculation of the cost of equipment is also provided as part of the application, with supporting documents attached.
Approximate volume - 250 pcs.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
