Payment terms:The Customer shall make an advance payment of up to 80% of the price of this agreement, in accordance with the justification of the necessary funds to receive advance payments within 10 banking days from the date the Contractor provides a properly executed invoice for the advance payment, with the calculation of the required advance payment amount. Payment for the work performed is made based on the cost of the work specified in the contract schedule, after documenting the delivery by the Contractor and acceptance of the work by the Customer in the amount of advance payments made within 10 calendar days from the date the Customer signs the acceptance certificate of the performed work
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
