To participate in the request for proposals, you must pass accreditation (for non-accredited companies): No. 396 General accreditation, as well as accreditation from and PB No. 645

And also to prepare a technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as the TP). The TAP must be initialed on every page. The validity period of the TAP must be at least 60 (sixty) calendar days.

At this stage, a request for proposals is being made in order to familiarize the Participants with the TP, review and identify the most favorable conditions.
Next, the main price stage (rebidding) will be held, to which Participants who have submitted the most favorable offers will be admitted. According to the result of the rebidding, a decision is made on the expediency of concluding a supply contract.
