By submitting an offer, the Supplier guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
If there is no tax reporting or does not allow to verify the Supplier's integrity with a sufficient degree of confidence, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier performing the provision of services independently, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with attached copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information about the ownership or lease of: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment /tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer.
