SUBLOADED DOCUMENTS:
1) The application for participation shall be accompanied by an Offer with Schedule Schedule Annexes and contain key information on the proposed goods/services, conditions and delivery/ service delivery, payment terms, warranty terms.
2) Please read carefully the model version of the contract. The Member has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement to be provided as part of the Offer. Otherwise, the Participant is considered to agree with the proposed editorial.
3) The offer is supplemented by certificates or passports of quality, for which goods are subject to certification or passporting procedures. In the case of service, the Offer is supplemented by documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SRs, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.
