There is no advance payment, payment upon service delivery with a deferred payment of not less than 30 calendar days and not more than 40 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of services rendered.
The Customer is willing to consider alternative offers from Members (including several) in terms of payment procedure and timing, which will be taken into account when comparing Participants' offers.

Comments: The participant in the procurement procedure must meet the following requirements:
1. No litigation by the Participant in the Procurement Procedure for the amount of claims against the latter exceeding 25% of the Company's equity (confirmed by declaration of conformity the required completion and submission of the form "Procurement Participant's Declaration of Compliance" as part of the application form);
2. Failure to liquidate the Participant in the Procurement Procedure, a legal entity, and the absence of an arbitral tribunal ruling recognizing a participant in the procurement - a legal entity insolvent (bankrupt) and commencement of receivership (confirmed by declaration of compliance by completing and submitting as part of the application form & #171; Procurement Procedure Participant's Declaration of Compliance");
3. Failure to stop the activities of a Participant in the Procurement Procedure in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation on the day of application for participation in procurement ( is confirmed by the declaration of compliance with the requirements by completing and submitting as part of the application form "Procurement Participant's Declaration of Conformity established requirements");
4. No Participant in the Procurement Procedure has any arrears in respect of assessed taxes, insurance premiums, fees and other mandatory payments to budgets of any level or government extrabudgetary funds for the last completed reporting period, which exceeds 25 per cent of the purchase participant's carrying value as per the accounting statements for the period. In order to assess the quality of the product, the Participant is obliged to provide a signal copy of the goods - bedside table made according to the requirements of the technical specification by 12-00 20.09.2021 .
In the event of failure to submit signal samples within the specified time frame, your request for participation in the procurement procedure will be rejected.
The Procurement Procedure is an internal procedure for the Company's choice of Suppliers and should not be considered as tendering in the sense of Articles 447—449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is a public competition governed by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC reserves the right to refuse to continue this Procurement Procedure at any time, to change its terms and conditions, and to refuse entering into a contract with the Supplier, whose offer is recognized as the best in the procurement process.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure shall be borne by the participant on their own, and these costs will not be reimbursed under any circumstances to Zapolyarye Sanatorium LLC.
