3) All metal structures should be accessible for
observation, cleaning, painting, and also should not retain moisture and
make it difficult to ventilate. Closed profiles must be
sealed. Connections of elements in a closed section
should be made only with a solid seam, all elements of the box
section at the ends should have plugs welded with solid seams
to prevent water from entering inside. The factory joints
of the elements should be performed according to the cross-sectional area of the elements (
equal strength)
4) Welding of structures should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the joint venture
16.13330.2011 "Steel structures". Welds, except
those specified in the drawings, are assigned according to the efforts. The minimum
thickness of the corner seams should be taken according to Table 38 SP 16.13330.2011.
The mounting seams are performed by manual welding with E46A electrodes for
carbon steel elements and E50A for
low-alloy steel elements according to GOST 9467-75*. The height of the welds (hsh)
should be taken according to the smallest thickness of the elements being welded, the length
of the seam should be taken along the perimeter of the elements being joined. Factory
welded joints should be performed by semi-automatic welding
according to GOST 14771-76 in a carbon dioxide environment according to GOST 8050-85
with SV-08G2S welding wire according to GOST 2246-70. Butt seams should be performed with
a full provar, with welding of the root of the seam and with the use of outlet
strips. Equally strong butt joints, flange seams, flange ribs and
support ribs should be checked by non-destructive
quality control methods in the amount of 100%. Welded joints of joints, except
for those specified above, accept type I category 3 according to SP 53-101-98.
5) All bolts of accuracy class "B" according to GOST 7798-70* strength class
12.9 according to GOST 1759.4-87* - with a diameter of 20, except for the diameters
specified in the drawings, with the stamp of the factory and the marking
of the strength class. Holes for bolts with a diameter of 20 - 23mm, for
bolts with a diameter of 16 - 19mm. Nuts should be accepted according to GOST 5915-70*
strength class in accordance with the strength class of bolts: 8-at
8.8, 10-at 10.9. In tensile joints,
install a round washer, nut and lock nut. In the connections
working on the cut, install a spring washer and one nut.
Round washers according to GOST 11371-78*, spring washers according to GOST 6402-
70*. Bolts and nuts must meet the requirements of GOST 1759.0-
87...1759.5-87*, washers - the requirements of GOST 18123-82*. All bolts, nuts
and washers must be zinc coated. Bolted connections
of secondary structures, if the holes are not combined
, can be replaced with mounting welding. The use of bolts without
a brand, marking and coating or of the second grade, as well
as those made of automatic steels, is not allowed.
6) Anti-corrosion protection of metal structures should be carried out in
accordance with the requirements of SP 28.13330. and SNiP 12-04-2002
Painting work should be carried out in accordance with the rules of
work according to SNiP 3.04.03-85, GOST 12.3-005-75 and GOST 12.3-035-84 .
The painting of structures should be carried out according to a specially developed
project agreed with the customer and the general contractor.
The surfaces of metal structures must have 2 degrees of purification from
oxides (sandblasting or shot blasting cleaning method) and 1 degree
of degreasing according to GOST 9.402-2004.
The quality of the paintwork must correspond to Class V
according to GOST 9.032-74*. Paint coating group I according to the joint venture
28.13330.2012. The recommended painting scheme is metal structures,
including those subject to constructive fire protection (see p.6), paint
with enamel PF 115 (for outdoor work) according to the GF-021 primer layer.
The total thickness of the coating is 80 microns. Metal structures subject to
cover with flame retardants with two layers of primer
GF-021. Before painting, the manufacturer
must coordinate the paint scheme with the fire protection project
of metal structures to clarify the structures subject
to structural or paint fire protection.

(SP, SNiP, GOST, PUE 7, POTEE, etc.) in force on the territory
of the Russian Federation, working documentation and this Technical Specification;
2. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, the
equipment and materials used are documented in
writing and sent to the Customer for consideration;
3. The materials, equipment, tools used must
comply with GOST, technical specifications applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, have
the necessary certificates and permits.
