Minimum bid increment/decrement The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal. :	0,5% of total amount
Auto-extension If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted. :	10 minutes
Payment terms:	Payment shall be made by the Buyer provided that the Supplier has submitted a duly executed invoice to the Buyer. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate (Certificate of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:	Delivery time - within 14 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. Installation time - within 3 calendar days from the moment the equipment arrives at the facility. All documents are required to be completed. According to the attached documentation.
Georeferencing:	According to the Requirements Specification
Comments: This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
