6. Term
of
works
According to the Schedule of work – Appendix B.
7. Scope of work The scope and list of work includes, but is not limited to, the scope of
work listed below.
The works are carried out by the Contractor in full, "turnkey",
by the Contractor's forces, means and mechanisms, including all
necessary consumables and related
expenses.
1. Mobilization of all necessary equipment and tools
to the work site.
2. Preparation and coordination with the Customer of the PPR, GPR and all
documents necessary for the work.
3. Performing input control of materials and products.
4. Checking the construction readiness of the premises.
5. Unloading, warehousing of materials on the territory, moving
the material to the place of work.
6. Electrical work.
7. Commissioning works.
8. Transfer all installed systems in working,
fully functional condition with the signing of the final
tripartite (Contractor, Customer, Maintenance Service, other
persons, if necessary) the act of delivery-acceptance of completed works.
9. Transfer of a set of Executive documentation and delivery of works.
10. Demobilization.
By the decision of the Customer, part or the full amount of materials
listed in the Statement of Work volumes can be delivered
By the customer, as a giveaway material. The obligation, in
this case, for input control, acceptance, unloading, transfer
to the place of work, completeness, protection and safety
of material and property, etc., for the performance of work remains on

9. Requirements for
the
work
1. Before starting the production of works, develop and submit
to the Customer for approval a project for the production of works.
2. The work is carried out by qualified personnel
who have a complete set of permits to
perform the necessary activities.
3. Before the start of installation work, the contractor
is obliged to pass the entrance control and provide upon request
Customer's passports and certificates for equipment and materials (including
toll-free).
4. All deviations from the project caused by production
necessity (including replacement with equivalent equipment and
materials), prior to the start of construction and installation work must be
agreed with the Customer and the project organization. Any
changes in the composition and content of the work,
equipment and materials used shall be documented in
writing.
5. All works are performed "turnkey" with materials,
equipment and equipment of the Contractor. The contracting organization
provides its employees with the necessary
tools, equipment, lifting mechanisms,
devices and protective equipment on its own. The cost of the work includes
the delivery of equipment and materials to the facility, the mobilization of equipment,
the installation of temporary structures, consumables,
travel expenses, obtaining and developing the necessary
related documents for the production of works and other costs.
During the execution of works and after their completion, it is necessary to
clean and remove garbage.

7. After the completion of the work, the Contractor will hand over to the Customer for
consideration and approval the executive documentation in
printed and electronic form (originals of passports and certificates
of installed equipment and materials used during
the work) in the following format:
- On paper - discarded volumes folded in
A4 format in 3 copies;
- In electronic form - on 2 (two) electronic media (USB
flash card, etc.), graphic and text material strictly in
editable format in the form of WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD files
(DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, DWG formats);
- In electronic form - on 2 (two) electronic media (USBfleshcard, etc.), graphic and text material in the form of a single
file generated as a multi-page PDF file.
PDF files (version not lower than 1.7) of Adobe Acrobat
(version 8.0 and above) with the creation of bookmarks on the table of contents and on the full
list of tables and drawings, drawings and other types of data. One
section (subsection) of the project - one volume (book) - one file. It is not
allowed to generate documentation on the principle of "one
page /one damn - one file". The electronic version of the project
is formed on the basis of individual documents in the original
(source) file formats used by the developer to
create the project documentation. The graphic and text
part files can additionally be scanned with a resolution
of at least 300 dpi for A4, A3, A2 formats (including multiple formats) and
at least 400 dpi for A1, AO formats (including multiple formats).
The content of the generated document and the form of their presentation
(design of books and layout of drawings) should be such that when
they are printed, the paper copy
of the document fully corresponds to its original (including in scale and color
scheme), without any additional actions on the part of
the user. The transfer of intermediate work results can
be carried out in the form of documentation made on
paper and / or in electronic form by sending electronic
documentation (by e-mail, WhatsApp, file transfer on
disks, etc.). The executive documentation is additionally
coordinated with the Maintenance Service.
8. All necessary user manuals (
equipment operating instructions) must be in Russian. In all
cases, it is unacceptable to provide technical documentation and
user manuals in the form of photocopies. The contractor
is responsible for compliance of the provided equipment and
components with state standards and specifications.
9. All work performed must comply with the requirements
of environmental, epidemiological, sanitary and hygienic,
fire safety regulations in force on the territory of the Russian
Federation.The Contractor undertakes to prepare and direct
A daily report to the Customer, in the form of the Customer, on
the work performed.
10. Before the start of the work, inspect the construction
readiness of the premises.

21. Guarantee of the
result of the work
The guarantee for the result of the work performed by the Contractor is 5 years.
22.
Labor protection
and safety requirements
.
The contractor is obliged to strictly comply with the requirements for OT, TB
and PB in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation and
to carry out the following list of activities in the production
of contract work:
- organizational measures;
- technical measures;
- fire-fighting measures, to provide the places of
work with primary means of fire extinguishing;
- measures to provide personal protective equipment;
- medical and preventive and sanitary measures.
Before starting contract work, be instructed in the field
of labor protection and fire safety with an entry in
the briefing logs. The Contractor is obliged to immediately respond to all
comments from the Customer on violations of the rules of OT, TB and PB, and
immediately eliminate them. The customer has the right to stop the
contractor's work until the violations are eliminated. The Customer has the right
to impose a fine on the Contractor for non-fulfillment of the Customer's requirements
eliminate violations of the rules of OT, TB and PB.
