an advance payment of 30% of the cost of the Equipment after the conclusion of the contract is paid within 30 calendar days on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier (Manufacturer).
70% of the cost of the Equipment after the transfer of the equipment to the Customer at the Place of delivery is paid within 30 calendar days on the basis of the issued invoice, invoice for the Equipment, shipping specification, packing lists and invoice in the form of M-15. The place of delivery is the Contractor's warehouse.
100% of the cost of installation supervision and commissioning after installation supervision, commissioning and testing of equipment on the territory of the Consignee is paid within 30 calendar days on the basis of the invoice and the Certificate of Completion of Installation and Commissioning of Equipment.
