Payment terms:
Payment for goods may be carried out by transferring bills to the Supplier. Bills shall be transferred under Transfer and Acceptance Certificate. Deferred payment 30 banking days. Price shall be indicated including transportation costs.

In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of certainty to verify the integrity of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the ability of the Supplier to independently provide the services, including, but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer.
