1. Application of JSC "EPM-NEZ", Novocherkassk
2. The purpose of the purchase.
2.1. Production and delivery of a new automatic complex (line) for stripping and mechanical processing of fired blanks with a diameter from 165 to 410 mm for graphite nipples, namely:
- cleaning of the cylindrical surface of the workpiece from overfilling,
- mechanical processing of the ends of nipple fired blanks with blind holes for centering the workpiece during turning,
- turning of nipple fired workpieces after facing and centering.
6. Requirements for the automated control system.
6.1. The system should be built on the basis of Siemens controllers.
6.2. All equipment must be protected from dust and have an industrial design, with a degree of protection not lower than IP 65. The control cabinets must be equipped with a cooling system with a degree of protection not lower than IP 65. The control cabinets should be placed in a separate room.
6.3. All controls must be noise-resistant from the effects of force fields and the effects of high frequencies.
6.4. All displacement systems must be equipped with speed and position feedback sensors. Software and physical end switches should be implemented.
6.5. Equipment and sensors should be easily accessible for replacement and maintenance.
6.6. All software must be licensed and have the latest up-to-date version (e.g. Windows 10), the ARM must be implemented in the Wonderware InTouch program.
6.7. To diagnose the system operation, if necessary, the equipment parameters (motor currents, temperatures, revolutions, positions, etc.) and the status of all sensors (discrete, analog)should be displayed on the operator's screen
6.8. The system should allow you to connect to it through the factory network and transmit data over OPC.
6.9. The system must have archives of measurement data in CSV format and provide storage of archives for a period of at least 3 years.
6.10. To connect the measurements with the products, the system should allow you to specify the number of the measured electrode for each measurement. All dimensions must be linked to the specified number.
7 Deadlines for the execution of works.
7.1 The Contractor shall coordinate the terms of performance of the work and the payment procedure with the Customer.
8. Acceptance.
8.1. The complex for mechanical processing will be considered accepted after measuring in automatic mode 60 (sixty) consecutive workpieces of any five standard sizes specified in tables 1 with the accuracy specified in Table 2 and trouble-free continuous operation for three days according to the customer's work schedule.
8.2 For testing (verification of the completed commissioning of the system), a test program-methodology agreed with the Customer must be developed.
9. Requirements for the Contractor.
9.1 The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work.
9.2 In order to clarify the conditions for performing work, getting acquainted with the measurement objects and the equipment placement in the workshop, it is desirable that representatives of the contractor come to the customer.
9.3 The Contractor in its commercial offer specifies the main technical solutions, equipment, cost, procedure and terms of payment, manufacture, delivery of installation and commissioning.
9.4. For the production of installation and commissioning works on the territory of the customer, the contractor (subcontractor) must be a member of a self-regulating organization( SRO), the head and ITR must be certified for industrial safety and labor protection at the OPO, the employees involved in the work must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the work with a mark in a special certificate.
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system:
1. The Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. The balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
