Ranking of bids

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The Buyer's preferred option is to defer payment from the date of performance under the contract phase - 30 calendar days (other terms and conditions of the participant are considered).
All advance payments (more than 500 thousand rubles) shall be paid by the Buyer only upon receipt of an irrevocable bank guarantee from the Seller to refund the advance payment from the bank from the list provided by JSC " PSTP" (attached to the procedure) and the provision of an invoice for the advance payment.
