Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:• 50% (fifty percent) of the value corresponding to the order made by the Client as an advance for five (5) business days from the date of signing the corresponding order and billing;
• the remaining 50% (fifty percent) of the value of a product accepted for compliance with the order made by the Customer within 5 (five) working days from the date of signing the Certificate of Completion of such products, and invoicing
Delivery terms:During the period of the respective orders for manufacturing a product, contractor manufactured products.
After the manufacture of products Contractor will notify the Customer about the manufacture and ready for delivery and transfer of the Products.

When the acceptance and transfer of the Products Contractor independently carries out the following:
Preparation for the acceptance and transfer of the Products;
Provides daily acceptance and transfer of the Products in full compliance with the Agreement and the Order, as well as project documentation (if the customer previously passed), Agreement, account and invoice, drawn up in accordance with Russian law and this Agreement.
Packaging and goods are loaded on trucks in its export and acceptance. In case of delivery of a product to a specified location transport, unloading performs receiving side.
