Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Delivery terms:Procedure of delivery according to the agreed schedule by the Parties (in batches by request).
The products are delivered at the expense of the Supplier.
All delivered products must be packaged.
The Supplier shall label the packaging packaging to enable immediate and unmistakable identification of the products as ordered by the Customer. If there is no label, the Customer has the right to refuse to receive the product without any penalties imposed by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) You can repeatedly submit your bids down until the time the request for offers ends.
A prerequisite is to provide SAMPLES, certificates, required declarations of conformity, and other permitting documents.
2) Only manufacturers or authorized dealers participate. Be sure to attach an AUTHORIZED DEALER OR MANUFACTURER CONFIRMATION DOCUMENT.
3) BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A COMPLETED QUOTE (excel format).
4) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory charges, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the vendor.
5) This procedure does not constitute a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
6) If the supplier participates in the bidding process, it agrees to enter into a 5-day (5-day) delivery contract on the Zelgros LLC standard form without protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
7) Required to provide: FULL TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFERED TMC
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
