Comments:
1) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
2) This procedure is not a contest or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
3) If the supplier participates in the bidding, then he agrees in the case of declaring his winner to conclude a contract of delivery on the standard form of LLC "SMZ" without a protocol of disagreement and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the Declaration of purchase. The sample agreement is attached to the notice. 4) Be sure to attach a commercial proposal indicating: Terms of delivery and conditions of payment. 5) production is strictly according to the customer's drawings. The drawings are attached to the notice. 6) together with finished products the supplier is obliged to transfer to the customer: Certificate for the material from which the products are made, the conclusion of the TCI on the quality of finished products (or quality passport), the agreed design documentation. 7) The application of the constituent documents of the supplier organization is obligatory. The list of necessary documents is attached to the notice.
