Comments:
General requirements for umbrellas:
1. Active outdoor use in public catering.
2. Fireproof impregnation.
3. Reinforced, strong resistant, withstand wind gusts of at least 10 m / s.
4. Availability of a declaration of conformity or a certificate of technical regulations. Availability of test documents and conclusions on wind load.
5. Concrete blocks must be at least 200 kg.
6. Logistics to a warehouse in Moscow or the Moscow region (indicate the cost in the commercial proposal, fill in the plate from the procurement documentation).

If you are interested in your proposal, a list of the required package of documents before concluding a contract from a supplier:
1. Articles of association and memorandum of association (copies)
2. State registration certificate (copy)
3. Certificate of entry in the USRLE, issued by a tax office (INN and OGRN) (copy)
4. Extract from the USRLE issued by a tax office not earlier than 30 calendar days before its submission (copy)
5. Minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on the appointment of the counterparty's director (with a sample signature.) Copy
6. Financial statements form 1 and 2 for the last closed year Copy
7. A valid office lease agreement (with the first and last payment orders under this agreement) Scan.
8. A copy of the order on the appointment of the General Director and Chief Accountant;
9. State registration record sheet (in the absence of a state registration certificate);
10. Sheets of records of changes made (in case there were changes in the legal entity);
11. Company representative contacts.
