Delivery terms:
1. Application of EPM-NEZ JSC, Novocherkassk.
2. Purpose of manufacture:
Collection and removal of exhaust gases from the furnace No. 3 of section No. 1, TsGE
3.2. Delivery to the workshop of finished products.
4. Requirements for the Contractor.
4.1. The contractor must have all the necessary production and human resources to perform this work.
4.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is necessary.
4.3. The contractor in his proposal indicates the payment procedure and other conditions.
4.4. Certification of the head, engineering and industrial and occupational safety and health performers at the public educational institution in accordance with Appendix 1.
4.5. Ensuring HSE measures with safe methods for performing work at the facility.
4.6. In the case of justified comments to the staff on the quality of work performed, violation of safety regulations, as well as administrative violations, at the request of the Customer’s specialists, the Contractor is obliged to immediately replace these employees.
4.7. The work performed not of high quality should be redone at the expense of the Contractor and delivered to the Customer.
4.8. Accommodation in the sanitary facilities of workers employed to perform this work is performed by the Contractor. The customer, if possible, can arrange for workers to be placed on a contractual basis.
4.9. The Contractor must develop and agree with the Customer estimates, a linear schedule of work, POR, PPR and technological maps for all necessary work - no more than 15 calendar days after the winner of the competitive procedure.
4.10. SRO is required for these types of work.
5. Terms of work
5.1. Work in an existing enterprise.
5.2. Work is performed from the material of the Contractor.
5.3. Lifting mechanisms, mechanisms for loading and unloading, truck port, special equipment for the work is provided by the Contractor.
5.4. Electric welding and gas cutting equipment and consumables are provided by the Contractor.
5.5 Vehicles for the removal of garbage, scrap metal or other waste are provided by the Contractor.
6. Place of work:
6.1. Territory of the Customer and Contractor.
7. Terms of work:
7.1. Umbrella manufacture:
- 1 PC. - December 2019;
- 1 PC. - January 2020;
7.3. The Contractor provides the Customer with a 12-month warranty on the work performed.
8. Payment Terms:
8.1 Payment is made fractionally, after the actual performance of work (manufacturing an umbrella - 1 pc.) In the agreed time.
8.2. It is possible to provide an advance for the purchase of materials (as agreed)
9. General requirements:
9.1. Before the tender, the contractor provides:
- certificate of admission to a certain type of work that affect the safety of capital construction projects (certificate of self-regulatory organization on the performance of work specified in this Task);
- estimates for the full scope of work;
- price list with prices for materials (including VAT).
Comments: The participant who participated in the procedure (made a proposal), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obligated to upload the following documents to the system:
1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of the state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the powers of the person authorized to sign the documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
