2. Purpose of manufacturing:
Collection and removal of waste gases from the furnaces of the TsGE section No. 1,2,8,10.
3. Scope of work performed:
Manufacturing:
3.1. Making umbrellas - 5 pcs .:
- heck. NS 12529 SB. Umbrella section No. 1 - 2 pcs. (Appendix No. 1 of the TK);
- heck. NS 12549 SB. Umbrella of section No. 10 right low - 1 pc. (Appendix No. 2 of the TK);
- heck. NS 12572 SB. Umbrella of section No. 10 left low - 1 pc. (Appendix No. 3 of the TK);
- heck. НС 05569.01 СБ Umbrella of section No. 8 - 1 pc. (Appendix No. 4 TK);
3.2. Manufacturing of stove shelters.
3.2.1. Shelter for stoves - 4 pcs.
- heck. НС 12911 СБ - Appendix No. 5 of the TK.
3.3. Delivery of finished products to the workshop.
4. Requirements for the Contractor.
4.1. The contractor must have all the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work.
4.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is required.
4.3. The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
4.4. Certification of the head, engineering technician and executors for industrial safety and labor protection at HIFs in accordance with Appendix 6.
4.5. Provision of health and safety measures for safe work methods at the facility.
4.6. In case of justified comments to the personnel on the quality of work performed, violation of safety regulations, as well as administrative violations, at the request of the Customer's specialists, the Contractor is obliged to immediately replace these employees.
4.7. The work performed not of high quality must be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the Customer.
4.8. Accommodation in sanitary facilities of workers employed to perform this work is carried out by the Contractor. The customer, if possible, can carry out the placement of workers on a contractual basis.
4.9. The Contractor must develop and agree with the Customer estimates, a linear work schedule, ERP, PPR and flow charts for all necessary work - no more than 15 calendar days after the winner of the competitive procedure is announced.
4.10. Provide certificates of conformity for the materials used.
4.11. SRO is required for these types of work.
5. Conditions of work
5.1. Work at an operating enterprise.
5.2. The works are performed from the material of the Contractor.
5.3. Hoisting mechanisms, mechanisms for loading and unloading operations, motor transport port, special equipment for performing work and delivering finished products to the workshop are provided by the Contractor.
5.4. Electric welding and gas-cutting equipment and consumables for them are provided by the Contractor.
5.5 Cars for removal of garbage, scrap metal or other waste are provided by the Executor.
6. Place of work:
6.1. The territory of the Customer and the Contractor.
6.1.1. Iron-and-steel assembly is carried out at the repair site of section No. 10 of the TsGE.
7. Terms of work performance:
7.1. February-November 2021
7.1.1. Making an umbrella 1 piece - 1 calendar month.
Shelter cover production 1 pc - 1 calendar month.
7.2. The name and order of production of products are determined according to an agreed schedule.
7.3. The Contractor provides the Customer with a 12 month warranty for the work performed.
8. Terms of payment:
8.1 Payment is made in fractional terms, after the actual performance of work (production of an umbrella - 1 pc. Or a cover - 1 pc.) At the agreed time.
8.2. It is possible to provide an advance payment for the purchase of materials (as agreed)
9. General requirements:
9.1. Before the tender, the contractor shall provide:
- certificate of admission to a certain type of work that affects the safety of capital construction facilities (SRO certificate for the performance of the work specified in this Task);
- estimates for the full scope of work;
- price list with prices for materials (including VAT).
Comments: Participant who has submitted a bid before bids submission deadline shall upload the following documents:
1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of the state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the powers of the person authorized to sign the documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
