Collection and removal of exhaust gases from CGE kilns section No. 1,2,10.

3.3. Delivery to the finished goods shop.
4. Requirements for the Performer.
4.1. The performer must have all the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work.
4.2. To clarify the terms and conditions of performance, the object will require the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer.
4.3. The Contractor, in his business offer, specifies the payment procedure and other terms and conditions.
4.4. Certification of the Head, ITR and Industrial Safety and Occupational Safety Executives at the GBO according to Annex 6.
4.5. Provide OT and PB measures for safe production methods at the site.
4.6. In case of reasonable comments to staff on quality of work performed, safety breach, and administrative violations, as requested by the Customer's specialists must replace those workers immediately.
4.7. The work that has not been performed should be redone at the expense of the Contractor and surrendered to the Customer.
4.8. Employees are placed in the sanitary quarters for this work by the Contractor. The Customer, if available, may conduct the placement of workers on a Contractual basis.
4.9. The Contractor shall develop and agree with the Customer estimates, line schedule, ERP, CRP and process maps for all necessary work — within a maximum of 15 calendar days after declared the winner of the competition procedure.
4.10. Provide compliance certificates for materials used.
4.11. We need to have an SRO for these types of work.
5. Work Conditions
5.1. Work at a current company.
5.2. The works are made from the Artist's material.
5.3. Lifting mechanisms, handling mechanisms, auto trans-port, special equipment for the execution and delivery of finished products to the shop are provided by the Contractor.
5.4. Electrical welding and gas-cutting equipment and consumables are provided by the Executor.
5.5. Vehicles for garbage, scrap or other waste are provided by the Contractor.
6. Place of production:
6.1. Customer and Contractor territory.
6.1.1. The assembly of m/k is done at the maintenance site of CGE Section 10.
7. Work Deadlines:
7.1. August-November 2021
7.1.1. Manufacture of umbrella 1 pcs-1 calendar month.
Manufacture of shelter cover 4 pcs- 1 calendar month.
7.2. The name and definition of the products are determined according to an agreed schedule.
7.3. Contractor provides the Customer with a 12 month warranty for the work done.

9. General Requirements:
9.1. Prior to the tender, the performer provides:
- Certificate of approval for a certain type of work that has an impact on the safety of capital construction facilities (SRO certificate for the performance of the work specified in this Assignment);
- estimates for the full scope of the work;
- price list with materials prices (incl. VAT).
Comments: The participant who has taken part in the procedure (making an offer) is required to upload the following documents to the system before the deadline for the application deadline:
1. Charter (with all additions and modifications if there were any).
2. Certificate of State Registration.
3. Tax Accounting Certificate.
4. Extract from EGRUL.
5. The balance sheet as of the latest reporting date with the tax authority's acceptance mark.
6. Documents confirming the representative's signature credentials:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
