Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Post-payment within 5 working days from the moment of signing the act of completed works by the customer.
Delivery terms:The delivery of advertising products is carried out directly to the installation site by the contractor's transport.

Comments:
* The price offer must contain prices for each type of work separately.
* The final price should include all expenses necessary for the quality provision of services (cost of work, cleaning of the premises after repairs, other work), including taxes, fees and other expenses, except Value added Tax. The price offer must be final.
* It is unacceptable to specify the unit price using the category "from" - "to". All prices for products must be indicated in bel.rubles without VAT 20%.
• If the Participating Company operates under a Simplified Taxation System, this should be indicated in a separate paragraph.
"Cost in rubles. without VAT" is firm and not subject to change, all risks of increasing the contract price are borne by the Bidder.
The prices indicated in the tender must remain unchanged until the end of the tender period.
The Participant's offer must include:
General information about the Participant in the form of a presentation.
Price List Of The Participant. The participant must fill out a table indicating the cost of work in the Terms of Reference. The price list must be provided in two formats: a signed and stamped scanned copy of the offer on letterhead, as well as in electronic form (a completed file in Excel format);
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under Articles 417-418 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus and does not entail legal obligations for the Organizer to choose the winner, supplier (contractor, contractor), is not an offer, does not contain an obligation of the Organizer to conclude a contract with the participant, the Organizer performs summing up the procedure in accordance with its internal local regulations.
