If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer pays the cost of the goods to the Supplier within 20 calendar days from the date of delivery. In connection with the establishment of a single payment day for the Buyer – Thursday, the Parties hereby agreed that all payments due to the Supplier under the terms of this Agreement will be made on the Thursday following the last day of the payment deadline, and this will not be a violation of the payment deadline.
