- Information about the total cost of equipment with the required components and the cost of work on the connection of equipment "turnkey" (according to TK);
- Information about the warranty period of equipment, warranty and post-warranty service, the presence of an authorized service center from the manufacturer in the Russian Federation (according to TK);
- Information about software, availability of TD and verification (according to TK);
- Terms of manufacture, delivery of equipment, connection of equipment "turnkey" at the enterprises of the buyer (according to TK);
- Information on payment terms/preferably-within 60 calendar days from the moment of receipt of positions on the buyer's warehouse or from the moment of signing the act of acceptance-transfer of equipment into operation/, (according to TK);
- Conclusion of the contract on the form of PJSC "power Machines"
PJSC "Power Machines" reserves the right to reject the offer if:
• The participant has not provided the offer within the specified time;
• The information provided by the participants was incorrect or incomplete;
• The company party is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or
Bankruptcy proceedings have been instituted.
The choice of supplier will be made taking into account different criteria: Compliance with technical specifications, price, delivery time, terms of payment, complexity of delivery, work experience.
According to the results of the competitive choice the companies with which contracts for supply of products will be concluded will be determined.
