Payment terms:
Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 45 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:
Prices are excluding VAT.
Transportation costs are included in the cost of production on the basis of the DDP delivery basis - Kogalym (transportation costs are not separately reimbursed).
Delivery of products is carried out in full, drawn up by the relevant accounting documents in the time established by law.

All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed with the seal of the enterprise.
Request for proposals is carried out in relation to current needs.

The winner of the competitive procedure is determined, subject to the consent of the signing of a model contract without disagreement, according to the following criteria:

3. Product quality;
4. Supplier Reliability
1. The attention of the Organizer will be given to suppliers with experience in the supply of these products.
2. Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all the requirements for an assortment of goods specified in the request, as well as unconditional agreement with the terms of the contract and specification.
3. The supplied products shall be new.
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
5. Simultaneously with the delivery of products, a quality (compliance) certificate is provided.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to make a purchase at any time from the day of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
