In case of your consent, please provide a completed QUESTIONNAIRE (form in the appendix).
Counterparty requirements:
- willingness to start work before the conclusion of the contract;
- the presence of a license or SRO for the implementation of the relevant types of work and services;
- experience in performing civil works (repair, construction and installation) works;
- warranty: not less than 5 years (for materials and equipment not less than the term of the manufacturer);
- the basic requirements for the implementation of the work are set out in the statement of work No. 713-14 / 20 of 02.02.2020.
