- выполнение работ согласно объемной ведомости, планировке (Приложения № 4, № 8);
- срок выполнения работ - до 10.05.2016;
- опыт в выполнении строительно-ремонтных работ;
- наличие СРО;
- гарантийный срок на выполненные работы 5 лет;
- предоставление референц-листа для конкурсной процедуры (Приложение № 7).
