Обоснование: Признать победителем ООО "Регионэнергопром" с предложением по цене 7 950,00 руб/тн без НДС на общую стоимость 11 925 000,00 руб без НДС. Условие оплаты - отсрочка платежа 2 кал дня с момента отгрузки. Качество соответствует ГОСТ и требованию заявителя. Ранее данный поставщик поставлял известь на наше предприятие, нареканий по качеству не возникало.
Отклонить предложение по наименьшей стоимости от ООО "ХТР" в связи с несоответствием качества извести. Ранее от данного поставщика поступала пробная партия в кол-ве одного вагона, были выявлены несоответствия по фракционному составу и химическим показателям.
Обоснование выбора: Приемлемая стоимость с учетом условий оплаты, сроков поставки и качества продукции.
