Delivery terms:Shipping costs to the recipient's warehouse are included in the product price.
The delivery of the products is carried out in separate batches, in accordance with the relevant accounting documents.

Prices are subject to VAT excluding transportation costs.

1. A participant's proposal posted on the ETP in electronic form must contain the information provided for in the spreadsheet fields. If there is no product name in the Name field, the offer will not be considered. Reference to the uploaded file is not allowed (for example: "see participant offer"). Filling with different characters (*, -,... etc.) is not allowed.
2. The proposals of participants on the roster of unreliable suppliers will not be accepted!
In order to avoid any risks, the Company reserves the right to check potential suppliers for integrity and integrity by any available tools and methods.
3. The proposed product must be new, not used (unless expressly provided otherwise by the terms of purchase), and written confirmation must be uploaded to the purchase documents.
4. Participating are:
- Manufacturers of the requested products
- Official representatives, dealers (required to provide supporting certificates, certificates, official letters of authority from the manufacturer to sell the requested products);
5. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Compliance with all stated requirements;
- Offer price
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer)
- Delivery time;
- The participant's agreement with the drafting of the organizer's contract, signing the contract without a record of disagreements (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP);
- Fix the price for the entire delivery period from the time of participation in the procedure until the delivery of the goods at the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
6. Deliver products in accordance with the stated requirements (both regulatory documents and additional requirements agreed by the parties).

This solicitation procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this solicitation procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the customer.

This Request for Proposals is not an offer (public offer) by the promoter. The Promoter has the right to refuse to conduct the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for applications.
