Payment for the work performed is made by the Customer upon their completion on the basis of the act of delivery - acceptance of the work performed, signed by both parties, and the invoice of the Contractor (subject to compliance with the requirements for their execution established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract) within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the act by both parties.
