Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon receipt of products within 90 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of originals of invoices, consignment notes, copies of invoices with the recipient's mark.
Delivery terms:
city of Kstovo. Delivery time: until 09/21/2020. Shipping costs for products should be included in the product price.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time) signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. The product must comply with GOST.
6. Upon delivery of the cable, the input control will be carried out for compliance with the cross-section of the cores
(Example of measuring the cross-section of cable cores:
- if the cable core is stranded, then the diameter of each wire in the cable core is measured separately with a micrometer (d-wire diameter)
- according to the formula Пd2 / 4 = S we find the cross-sectional area of the wire (П = 3.14; S-cross-sectional area of the wire)
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
