Payment terms:

5) Product warranty. You must specify the warranty period for the goods, as well as the date on which the warranty begins, (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, commissioning).
6) Replacement period under warranty.

8) Consent to the treaty, if disagreed, then a protocol of disagreement is drawn up.
9) The products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the TKP display;
10) Certificates of Conformity, Passport, Quality Certificate shall be attached to the KP
Before shipment, you must provide a photo map of the product packaging, photo marking of goods (labeling requirements in the loaded documentation)
This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Code of the Russian Civil Code;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
