Payment terms:deferment of payment 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products and submission of original documents. Other payment terms are being considered.
Delivery terms:DDP g. Irkutskaya Oblast. Ust-Kutsky District. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the product price. The product must be new and not previously used. After signing the specification, the delivery time is until 17.12.2021. Urgent purchase. I ask you to offer the minimum, realistic delivery times.
Delivery by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. It is mandatory to have quality documents with delivery.
Georeferencing:Irkutsk region. Ust-Kutsky district. Irkutsk Polymer Plant.
Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of its commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of failure or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Supplier offers are valid for at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be constant for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
