Payment terms:
Preferred payment terms - 100% deferred payment upon delivery of products. The preferred grace period is 60 days from the date of delivery.
The price is indicated without VAT, taking into account the cost of transport and other costs associated with the delivery of goods to the destination station.
Payment for products is carried out by bank transfer by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier. Payment currency - RUB.
The Buyer makes payments in payment for the products based on the results of the acceptance, subject to the Supplier providing the original documents confirming the quality of the products, waybills and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance and drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the law.

Comments: I. Signing a contract within 5 days as amended by PJSC "Korshunovskiy GOK" (see procurement documentation).
II. Products purchased by the company must strictly comply with the requirements:
1. The products are new.
2. Products must have: quality certificate, certificate of origin, declaration of conformity.
III. The provision of statutory documents (see the list in the procurement documentation) is mandatory at the time of submitting an offer.
IV. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all received offers without imposing responsibility.

A mandatory requirement for all participants is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The package of documents must be attached to the ETP at the application stage (see clause 5.2 "Documentation" - No. 2410127 Consumables for office equipment of the Organization recognized as the winner of the procedure, it is necessary to conclude a supply contract with PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK", as amended by PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK" ( see purchasing documentation). If there are contradictions, the participant, before the end of the procurement procedure, attaches to the ETP or sends the organizer of the procedure a protocol of disagreements to the draft agreement with PJSC "Korshunovskiy GOK".
