The participant of the competitive procedure may not be a legal (or natural) person in the state of reorganization (separation, merger, accession), or liquidation, on whose property is imposed arrest (at the enforcement stage) .$
The participant of the competitive procedure may not be a legal (or natural) person participating in the litigation with LLC "EvrazHolding" or the Company;
In case of failure of the participant to provide any of the documents specified in this letter and/or provision of information in full, the organizer of the competition procedure reserves the right to Technical-commercial not to consider.
