The selection of the most advantageous offer for Salavatglass is based on the evaluation of the following criteria:
- Preferred payment within 30 calendar days of delivery date;
- Preferable is the conclusion of the Salavatglass Model Form Agreement (the form of contract may be granted to the selection participant upon request);
Salavatglass JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- no commercial offer with price, delivery time, delivery and payment conditions is not attached;
- The commercial offer is received after the deadline;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not meet the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains unreliable information;
- the person who submitted the business offer is in liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against it;
- in any other case on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for refusal.
Salavatglass JSC has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
