1. Please note that participation in the competition means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.
2. It is necessary to attach a Commercial offer in electronic form.
3. The commercial offer and the technical description of the offered products should be provided in two separate files.
4. When issuing KP, it is necessary to indicate the manufacturer of the product, availability, production time, delivery time to the supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), the point of dispatch;
5. The products must be new, not used;
6. The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality, a technical description of the products.
7. Attach a reference sheet on the supply of such products.
8. Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
