Payment of the cost of the batch of products is made within 60 days after receipt by the Buyer of invoices issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Payment type: Cashless - Payment order.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out by road transport of the Supplier or by mail. Delivery costs shall be included into the products price. Delivery time: within 10 calendar days from the date of signature of the specification.
Comments: Please note that your commercial offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to normative and technical documentation (GOST, TU, HUNDRED, etc.) );
• the quantity of products offered for delivery in the units of measurement corresponding to the subject of purchase;

The organization, recognized as the winner of the procedure, must conclude a delivery contract with JSC "GMP", in the editorial office of JSC "GMP".
For counterparties who have previously registered in the System, but have not received EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to download proposals by the organizer of the request price on behalf of of the counterparty.$ To do this, it is necessary to have three documents:
- Offer (commercial offer) certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- Document establishing the right to perform actions on behalf of the counterparty (for example, power of attorney);
