Payment terms:
Payment of the price of the batch of products is made within 60 days after receipt by the Buyer of invoices issued in accordance with the NK of the Russian Federation. Payment type: Cashless - Payment order.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out by road transport of the Supplier or by post. Delivery costs shall be included into the products price. Delivery time: within 10 calendar days from the date of signing the specification.
Comments: Please note that your offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following material conditions:
• product name with reference to regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, TU, STO, etc. );
• the number of products offered for delivery in the units of measurement corresponding to the subject of purchase;
• price of products per unit of measurement; basis of delivery (place of delivery, method of transportation, information on expenses included in the price of goods, moment of transfer of ownership);

The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a supply agreement with JSC "MMZ", in the editorial office of JSC "MMZ".
For counterparties who have previously registered in the System, but have not received EDS and have not paid for participation in the System, it is possible to download offers by the organizer of the request price on behalf of counterparty.$ For this purpose it is necessary to have three documents:
- Offers (commercial offer) certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization;
- Document establishing the right to carry out actions on behalf of the counterparty (for example, power of attorney);
- Letter waiving further claims on the occasion that the offer is submitted at the auction not by the Participant (in a free form on the company form with the signature of the authorized person). providing a file with documents in the request for prices confirming the status of the participant manufacturer or dealer. The validity period of the commercial offer is 3 months.
