Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products to the consignee's warehouse within 30 working days from the date of delivery and provision of originals of invoices, consignment notes, copies of consignment notes with the recipient's mark.
Proposals validity period - 90 days at least.
Delivery terms:delivery of the city of Novorossiysk. Delivery time: March 2019 year.
All shipping and other costs must be included in the product price.
The products should be new, not earlier than the beginning of 2019 year of release.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. To their proposals in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of scanned copy of its Commercial proposal signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization-participant of this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (supporting documents the participant provides simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production shall be unchanged for the whole period of delivery (written confirmation).
5. Be sure to provide certificates and quality passports, technical documentation.

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
