Presence of the certificates of correspondence/sanitary certificates/declarations of conformity with seal and signature of provider
• Strict compliance products and brands mentioned in the specifications (supply analogues is invalid).
• On all products must have appropriate stickers, labels, instruction manual.
• The period from the date of manufacture of the product before the date of delivery shall be not more than 25% of the warranty period.

1. All products must be supplied by the manufacturer with a passport, certificate of quality and certificate of conformity.
2. The contract is concluded in the form of JSC "AZ Ural".
3. All participants are required to request load into the system proposals, copies of statutory and registration documents at once, confirmation of the status of the manufacturer/dealer/official representative selection criteria best offer: quality, delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience;
4. The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
5. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
