Auto-extension

Comments:
1. This request for proposals is not a tender or an auction, its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061, part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The customer has the right to refuse to conduct the procurement procedure at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications, opening applications for participation in the request for proposals.
Thus, carrying out this procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations for the obligatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of such a procedure or another participant.
