Delivery terms:
By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The date of delivery of the respective products consignment, is the date of transfer of the entire products consignment by the Supplier to the Buyer at the Supplier's warehouse.

1. Please note, that participation in the bidding implies agreement with the Buyer’s contract form.
2. Be sure to attach a commercial proposal in electronic form.
3. Commercial offer and technical description of the offered products should be provided in two separate files
4. Commercial proposal shall specify the product manufacturer, product availability, production time, time of delivery to the Supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), dispatching point;
5. Products shall be new, unused;
6. The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality, a technical description of the product.
7. Attach a Reference List for the supply of similar products.
8. Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing list (see the example of filling in the purchase documentation), stick the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Submitted commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Products cost and delivery cost (separately);
2) Conformity certificates;
3) Reference to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery term;
6) Supplier's relation to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Guarantee for the supplied goods.
