Payment terms:Цена предлагаемой продукции должна быть указана с учетом затрат на страхование, транспортных расходов, таможенных пошлин, сборов и других обязательных платежей (с НДС);
Цены должны быть фиксированными на протяжении всего срока действия оферты, договора. Стороны вправе изменить цены в сторону уменьшения в случае, предусмотренном настоящей Документацией или по взаимному письменному согласию в течение срока действия договора;
Оплата поставленной продукции осуществляется в течение 15 (пятьнадцати) календарных дней после поставки продукции.
Delivery terms:Срок поставки первой партии (100 000м) не позднее 5 рабочих дней с момента заключения договора;
Срок поставки второй партии (100 000м) не позднее 7 рабочих дней с момента поставки первой партии;
Срок поставки третий партии (100 000м) не позднее 7 рабочих дней с момента поставки второй партии;
Погрузка и доставка продукции осуществляется силами и средствами Поставщика до склада заказчика.
