Участник принявший участие в процедуре (сделавший предложение), до истечения срока приема заявок, обязан загрузить в систему следующие документы (загрузка данных документов необязательна в случае, если они имеются у Участника в Личном кабинете, при этом Участник должен указать об этом в своем предложении):
1. Устав (со всеми дополнениями и изменениями, если они были).
2. Свидетельство о государственной регистрации.
3. Свидетельство о постановке на налоговый учет.
Обращаем Ваше внимание на то, что настоящий запрос не является извещением о проведении конкурса (публичного конкурса) или публичной офертой и не регулируется ст. 447 – 449 ч. 1 ГК РФ, ст. 1057 – 1061 ч. 2 ГК РФ. Таким образом, указанная процедура не накладывает на Организатора соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств и оставляет за ним право отказаться от всех полученных Предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любой момент, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками.
