Payment is made with a deferred payment within 60 calendar days after the delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse.

By sending an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax returns for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of certainty to be convinced of the good faith of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier's independent fulfillment of delivery obligations, including but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
